NATHAN OLLIE OF RHODES COLLEGE, a sophomore guard from Memphis, Tenn., has been named SCAC Basketball Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, December 8 through Sunday, December 14.
Ollie paced Rhodes with a career-high 33 points on 11-of-22 shooting to lead the Lynx to an 82-79 win over Rust College.
Ollie scored 18 of his 33 points in the second half, and at one point, scored 11 straight points for the Lynx to pull Rhodes to within three points late in the second half. The Rhodes win was their first win over Rust in eight years.
