DANNY NOLL OF
CENTRE COLLEGE, a junior forward from Ft. Mitchell,
Ky., has been named SCAC Basketball Player-of-the-Week for games
played Monday, January 26 through Sunday, February 1.
Noll averaged 28.5 points per game and 6 rebounds
per game as the Colonels split two games. He shot a blistering
19-28 from the field (67.8 percent) and connected on 12 of
his 19 three-point shots.
In the win over Southwestern, Noll scored a game-high 28 points and tallied seven rebounds while shooting 9-of-13 from the floor and made 7-of-9 from beyond the arc. In a two-point loss against No. 8 Trinity, he scored a game-high 29 points and grabbed five rebounds. He connected on 10-of-15 from the floor, including 5-of-8 from three-point range.
