CHRIS WEBBER OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a 5-8, 170-pound sophomore right-hander from Mesquite, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Baseball Pitcher-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, March 8 through Sunday, March 14.
 
Webber tossed a complete-game in a 3-1 win against Hendrix, going seven innings while scattering six hits and striking out six batters. He did not allow an earned run and walked just one in his seven innings.

For the season, Webber is 1-3 with a 4.37 earned run average in seven appearances (six starts) with 23 strike outs in 35 innings of work.
