Wolf is a communication major at Trinity, and minors in sport management. In addition to being a standout on the nationally-ranked Tigers baseball team, he is heavily involved in the community.

Wolf served as Lone Star Play Ball student ambassador, by connecting with special needs baseball players throughout the San Antonio area. He has also worked numerous baseball camps for Trinity University, the Casper Cutthroats of the Mountain Collegiate Baseball League, the Petersburg Generals of the Coastal Plain Baseball League, and the Richmond Baseball Academy. Last summer, Wolf was elected to the All-Coastal Plains League First Team, while playing for Petersburg (VA).

He was also recently named the Co-President of Trinity’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Another important aspect of his community service is involvement as a group leader in the Body Project, which enhances the personal acceptance of beauty and self-acceptance for both men and women. Trinity students benefitted from a group project of Wolf’s, known as “Uvolv” College Town Smartphone Application. The app was created to help ease the trials and tribulations of campus life at Trinity.

The versatile Wolf has been a marketing and booking intern for San Antonio’s Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. He also has worked as a ticket sales consultant for Spurs Sports and Entertainment, and a social media consultant for the University of Texas at San Antonio athletics department.

On the field, Wolf finished the 2015 season second on the team in batting average, but led Trinity in total hits, doubles, and walks. He was also just one of three Tiger players to start every game this season. Wolf was elected to the 2014 All-SCAC First Team, leading Trinity to its 10th overall SCAC title, and its sixth consecutive trip to the NCAA Playoffs.

The Tigers are led by Head Coach Tim Scannell, who led the team to its first-ever appearance at the NCAA Division III Championships in Appleton, Wisconsin.  Trinity finished third nationally in the tournament, going 3-2 overall, and coming within a game of reaching the Championship Series. The Tigers also tied the school record with 40 wins this season, marking the second time in three years the team has reached that total.
