CALVIN CAHALL
OF CENTRE COLLEGE, a junior guard on
the men's basketball team, has been selected the SCAC
Character & Community Male Student-Athlete-of-the-Week for the
week ending February 5, 2012.
Cahall is in his third year as a member of
Centre’s men’s basketball team, and he contributes in
many areas off the court both at Centre and in his hometown of
Georgetown, Ohio.
At Centre, Cahall serves as a tutor, assisting
students in physics and chemistry. He also contributes in his
hometown, where he regularly volunteers with its youth basketball
programs and has spent the last six summers mowing lawns for
elderly citizens who are unable to do it themselves.
