San Antonio, Texas
San Antonio is a major city in south-central Texas with a rich colonial heritage. The Alamo, an 18th-century Spanish mission preserved as a museum, marks an infamous 1836 battle for Texan independence from Mexico. Following the San Antonio River, the miles-long River Walk is a landmark pedestrian promenade lined with cafes and shops. HemisFair Park’s 750-ft. Tower of the Americas overlooks the city.
Trinity University Track & Field Stadium
The 3,500 seat Trinity Track and Field Stadium is home to the Tiger Football team, as well as the Men's and Women's Track and Field Teams. The facility features natural turf, an eight-lane polyurethane running surface, as well as arenas for all field events to be held within the stadium. Located just west of the Bell Center, the stadium is nestled within the residence halls of "Lower Campus".
