MIGUI BOLDRIN OF CENTENARY COLLEGE, a senior midfielder from Ribeiaro, Brazil, has been named the SCAC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for games played through Sunday, October 27th.
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore forward Victoria Salazar of Dallas scored what would be the game-winning goal for the Crusaders in a 2-1 win versus St. Thomas last Sunday. It was the first career goal for Salazar. Freshman forward Alexis Guajardo of Southwestern scored the game-winning goal for the Pirates in a 2-0 road win against Texas Lutheran last Friday. Senior forward Katarina Maksimov of St. Thomas scored the lone goal for the Celts last week in a 2-1 loss to Dallas. Sophomore midfielder Kaity Ward of Trinity has a goal and an assist in the Tigers 3-0 win at Johnson & Wales last Friday.
