RAQUEL HILL OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a first-year golfer from Canyon Hill, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women’s Golfer-of-the-Week for competition played from Wednesday, March 6 through Tuesday, March 12.
Hill paced the Trinity women at the Schreiner Spring Shootout, firing a closing round 3-over-par 75 to post a two-round score of 151 - good for a tie atop the individual leaderboard. Medalist honors were awarded to a golfer from Mary Hardin-Baylor based on a tiebreaker system.
Trinity finished in second place at the event.

Junior Reygan Rodriguez of Schreiner finished tied for fifth among individuals with a two-day total of 166 (82-84) at the Mountaineers' Spring Shootout.
