LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – For the third time this season, Austin College women's basketball player Bryce Frank has been named to the D3Hoops.com Team of the Week as one of the top five performers in the nation.
It marks the third time this season that Frank has earned D3hoops.com National TOTW honors and the fifth time a SCAC player has been recognized.
Frank, a senior forward from Granbury, averaged a double-double for the fifth straight week as the 'Roos rolled past Johnson & Wales and Colorado College. She pumped in 21.5 points and grabbed 14.0 rebounds, while also handing out 3.0 assists-per-game in the two victories. Frank also shot nearly 68% from the field and tied the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference career record for double-doubles with 52. This season, Frank is tied for the national lead in double-doubles with 19, and leads the SCAC in both scoring and rebounding.
