Marshall, Texas-The Eagles took a dominating 9-0 win over Centenary College Friday morning and then suffered a 9-0 loss against East Texas Baptist University later in the day.
Against Centenary (2-12), Ozarks (3-13, 1-3 ASC) set the tone early with convincing wins in doubles play as each duo recorded 8-0 wins. Dillon Murray, Jacob Organ, Alix Tiegs, Paul Jarvis, Aaron England and Travis Leach each posted singles wins in their respective positions. In conference play against East Texas Baptist (5-8, 2-1 ASC), the Eagles battled in No. 1 doubles as Murray and Organ dropped a 8-5 decision.
Ozarks will face Belhaven and Southwestern University April 16 in Shreveport.
