No. 6 Colorado College improved to 25-2 overall and 13-0 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference with a dominant 25-17, 25-19, 25-14 victory over the University of Dallas in its fourth and final match of the weekend.
The Tigers extended their winning streak to 18 matches with their 21st sweep of the season.
Lizzy Counts dished out 31 assists while leading CC to a .325 hitting percentage, its 12th match of the season hitting .325 or better. The Crusaders hit just .090, marking the 14th time the Tigers held an opponent below .100.
For the second time today,
Haley Harris set a season high for kills in a match. The senior outside hitter put down 18 against UD and finished with a .455 hitting percentage.
Harris added 10 digs to produce her second double-double of the day and the 26th of her career.

Jordan Mullen finished the match with 14 kills and 12 digs for her fourth double-double of the season and the 10th of her career.

Laney Swan put down a season-best six kills while hitting .385.
The Tigers set the tone for the match racing to an 8-2 lead. The Crusaders cut their deficit to 11-9, but Colorado College answered with a 7-2 run and never let UD get closer than five.
Dallas led early in the second set, however a 9-4 surge swung the momentum to CC which never allowed its lead to shrink to fewer than three points.
In the third set, the Tigers snapped a 7-7 tie with a 9-4 burst and pulled away for the decisive win.

Anna Gurolnick had a match-high 19 digs.
Libby Lazzara dispensed a career-high 11 assists.
University of Dallas Standouts
Abigail Porras led the Crusaders with seven kills.
Dayjah White finished with five kills and two block assists.
Krystyn Pua had a team-high 17 digs.
Next for the Tigers
Colorado College travels to Sherman, Texas, next weekend for the second round of SCAC crossover matches at Austin College. The Tigers face Trinity University and the University of St. Thomas on Saturday, then Texas Lutheran University and Austin College on Sunday.
