The Centenary baseball team fell 5-2 to the Adrian College Bulldogs on Monday afternoon in a non-conference game played at Woods Field on the East Texas Baptist University campus.

Marshall, Texas - The Centenary baseball team fell 5-2 to the Adrian College Bulldogs on Monday afternoon in a non-conference game played at Woods Field on the East Texas Baptist University campus.
The Diamond Gents (7-7) and Bulldogs (3-3) were originally scheduled to play on Tuesday evening in Shreveport at Shehee Stadium, but the game was moved up a day and to ETBU's all-turf playing surface. Adrian was already in Marshall having played both Hendrix College and ETBU over the weekend. The Bulldogs, from Adrian, Mich, were ranked 20th in the D3baseball.com/NCBWA Preseason Top 25 poll.
Centenary returns to action this weekend at home against Occidental College.
