No. 1 Nebraska Wesleyan Runs Past CC

Nebraska Wesleyan University lived up to its No. 1 ranking and pressed its way to a 103-63 victory over Colorado College in a non-conference men's basketball game on Saturday afternoon at Snyder Arena.

The young Tigers held on as long as they could and were within 19-10 after freshman guard Aaron Acosta hit his second three-pointer 5:25 into the game.

That's when NWU dialed up the pressure and used its press to ignite an 11-0 run and extend its lead to 30-10.
