Pensacola, Fla. - The women's swim team went to Pensacola, Florida, for a meet held at the University of West Florida (UWF) and competed against Anderson University and UWF on January 5.

The Eagles took a 136-123 win over Anderson, but lost to UWF 173-66.

In the 200 medley relay, the Eagles swam a 2:08.68 for sixth place. In the 1000 free, Natalie Naramore swam a 13:05.61 for fifth place. In the 200 free, Faith Coffin placed second with a time of 2:09.88. In the 50 back, Chloe Weathers swam a 31.12 for second place, Jessie Wright swam a 32.44 for third place and Naramore swam a 34.94 for fourth place. In the 50 breaststroke, Riley Holcomb swam a 37.50 for third place, White swam a 41.53 for fifth place and Isabel Shelton swam a 42.30 for sixth place. Shelton placed fourth in the 50 free with a time of 30.74, Haley Howard placed eighth with a time of 34.96 and Kylee Booher placed ninth with a time of 36.86. In the 100 free, Wright swam a 1:00.26 for second place and Faith Coffin swam a 1:01.25 for third place. Weathers was second in the 100 back with a time of 1:09.81 and Naramore was fourth with a time of 1:15.87. In the 100 back, Holcomb swam a 1:23.12 for third place. In the 500 free, White placed second with a time of 6:32.22 and Shelton was fourth with a time of 6:45.63. In the 50 free, Wright was second with a time of 30.79, Coffin was third with a time of 31.67 and Holcomb was fourth with a time of 35.44. In the 200 IM, Weathers was fourth with a time of 2:37.13. The Eagles swam a 2:10.66 in the 200 free relay.

The Eagles will head to Sherman, Texas, for the Austin College Invite January 13.
