CLAREMONT, Calif. - The Southwestern men's tennis team wrapped up its California trip with a 6-0 loss to No. 6 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Wednesday.
The Pirates (8-2) had their eight-match winning streak come to an end by the Stags (11-0).
Nickoloz Snovely outlast Alex Brenner, the nation's 31st-ranked singles player, by scores of 3-6, 7-6 (8-6) and 1-0 (12-10).
Southwestern will return home to host Wisconsin-Eau Claire in a non-conference tilt on Tuesday, March 21. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m.
