Colorado College hit a season-high .459 as the Tigers rebounded from their first loss in 19 matches with a 25-8-25-9, 25-9 victory over the University of St. Thomas on Saturday night.

CC improved to 26-3 overall and 14-1 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference to maintain its share of first place atop the league's standings.

Jordan Mullen led the Tigers with 12 kills, hitting .524 with just one error on 21 attacks. The senior outside hitter completed her fifth double-double of the season with 11 digs.

Georgia Mullins hit .647 with 11 kills on an error-free 17 attempts. It marked the ninth time this season the sophomore middle hitter hit .500 or better.

Junior middle hitter Emma Hewlin had seven kills on 11 swings without an error, good for a .636 clip.

Senior libero Anna Gurolnick led Colorado College with 14 digs, while Mullins had a hand in three blocked shots.

The CC defense held the Celts to a -.104 team hitting percentage, the lowest for an opponent this season and the second time the Tigers kept a team in negative numbers.

The 26 points by St. Thomas were the fewest scored against Colorado College this year.
