ORLANDO, Fla. - The Austin College Women's Tennis Team defeated the defending Women's Tennis champions from the Collegiate Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, Wheaton College 7-2 to cap off a 3-2 record over their Spring Break Trip.

  Melody Duong/Anna Sergiovanni and Diana Carvajalino/Georgia Moore put the 'Roos ahead after doubles play 2-1 with two big victories of 8-4 and 8-5.

  From there, the 'Roos took 5 of 6 singles lines, with Sergiovanni and Duong tying for the "clinch" at Line 3, 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-8) and Line 1, 6-4, 6-3.

  Austin College returns home to face McMurry University on Friday, March 22nd at the Smith Tennis Center in Denison, TX at 5:30PM.
