UST Women's Tennis team picked up its second consecutive with their dominating performance over the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs.

 

Anamaria Gonzalez and Alejandra Lopez took care of business in line one of doubles winning 8-0. Karissa Guzman and Asan Atilla secured an 8-2 victory in their matchup with the Bulldogs. While in line two, Alyssa Davila and Jenny Reynolds won their match comfortably 8-3.

 

After sweeping doubles, the Celts carried their momentum into singles. Gonzalez, Lopez, Ard and Reynolds all made quick work of their opponents winning 6-0, 6-0. Alyssa Davila was locked in an exciting match and would pull out the win 6-2, 7-6 (7-5). Asan Atilla won her matchup comfortably with scores of 6-1, 6-4.

 

The Celts advance to 2-2 for the season and look to continue their winning streak next Friday when the take on LeTourneau.
