Lucy Wagner each posted an individual top-10 result to lead the Colorado College women's cross country team to an impressive second-place finish at the CC Invitational Saturday morning at North Monument Valley Park.

Warling finished in fourth place overall and third among collegiate runners by covering the 6K course in 23:29.7, while Wagner was ninth overall and fifth among collegians with a time of 23:57.6.

Wagner's classmate,
Megan Koch, meanwhile, was 20
th overall and 14
th in the college field with a time of 24:30.7. CC joined the College of St. Benedict as the only Division III teams in the field, joined by four Division II opponents, Colorado Mines, UCCS, CSU-Pueblo and Regis, as well as Colby Community College. Â

Leah Veldhuisen rounded out the Tiger scoring by finishing 22
nd and 28
th overall, respectively.

Colorado Mines took the team title with 38 points, while Megan Wenham Mines won the race in a time of 23:06.1.
