Women's Tennis fell to the Crusaders of Mary-Hardin Baylor, 7-2.

The Celts split a pair matches in doubles to open the day. In line one, Alejandra Lopez and Alyssa Davila were able to edge the Cru, 8-5; this was the duo's first time playing together. Asan Atilla and Karissa Guzman would fall 9-7 in a hard-fought match. UST was short-handed today and were not able to compete in line three.

Lopez would continue in her winning ways, grabbing a three-set victory in line one of singles (6-4, 2-6, 10-2). Although all matches were competitive, the Celts were not able secure any more victories on the day.

UST will be in action again this weekend when they travel to Austin to take on Concordia (TX)
