GEORGETOWN, Texas – Southwestern University will host the 2015 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Volleyball Championship this weekend at the Robertson Center. The tournament begins on Friday, Nov. 6 and will conclude the following day.

No. 12 Southwestern enters the tournament as the second seed with a 29-4 overall record. Led by 12th-year head coach Hannah Long, the Pirates have won three SCAC Tournament Championships (1995, 1997 and 2009).

Southwestern will face the winner of No. 3 seed Texas Lutheran and sixth-seeded Dallas at 6 p.m. Friday.

The tournament opens at 10:30 a.m. Friday with a match featuring No. 4 seed Trinity and fifth-seeded Austin College. The championship match is slated for 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
