After winning eight of their last nine games, UST Softball dropped back to back games for the first time since February 10th in today's doubleheader against the TLU Bulldogs. Game one was dropped 7-2 while game two ended in a 9-1 decision.

The series opener featured a two-run RBI single by Shae Montemayor but the Celts failed to plate any more runs despite their five hits on the game. Mia Terry was a bright spot for the Celts, batting 3-4 in the game. After falling down 8-0 in game two, the Celts lone run would come off of an RBI single from Mallarie Munson. 

A spectacular inaugural season for UST Softball comes to an end as the Celts finish going 20-11 (.645) and posting a 15-5 record in conference (.750). The Celts are set up for more success in the coming years with their entire squad returning for the next season.
