UST Volleyball dropped their first SCAC Quarterfinal game to Austin College, 3-0.

The Celts opened up the match trading blows back and forth with the Lady Roos'. Five unanswered points from Austin College would give them early momentum, which would ultimately stretch out to a 20-15 lead. However, the Celts would claw back into the contest, eventually knotting things up at 25. Two hard fought points would lean the way of Austin College as they stole set one, 27-25.

Set two's start mimicked that of the first set as both teams battled for the advantage. Yet another mid-set five-point run by the Roos' would give them the lead and allow them to pull away to take set two.

The Celts never were able to curve Austin College's momentum and would fall in set three, 25-19.

Kelsie Walker would record a double-double, tallying 23 assists and 13 digs. Alaina Lanik would also earn a double-double with 11 kills and 14 digs. Kaylyn Latin would continue to be a force on the defensive end, recording 25 digs in the contest.
