COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Southwestern made quick work of the Crusaders, defeating the University of Dallas 3-0 Friday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Pirates posted an impressive .333 team attack percentage in the first set and won 25-13.
- SU's potent attack slowed in the second set but their defense was as sharp as ever, holding UD to .021 hitting percentage to win 25-16.
- Dallas was tougher in the third set but Southwestern proved to be too strong as the Pirates closed out the match with a 25-21 set three win.
