Men's Basketball Ends Regular Season with 99-86 Win Over Schreiner

St. Thomas (Tex.) clinched a resounding victory over Schreiner with a final score of 99-86 in a thrilling men's basketball matchup on February 18, 2024.

St. Thomas set the tone early, establishing a commanding lead in the first half with a score of 50-39. Schreiner fought back in the second half, but St. Thomas maintained their momentum, outscoring their opponents 49-47 to secure the win.

Calvin Williams IV led the scoring charge for St. Thomas with an outstanding performance, tallying 29 points. Williams showcased his versatility by shooting 9-17 from the field and sinking three three-pointers. He was well-supported by Nick Anderson, who contributed 19 points, and Marion Williams, who added 19 points off the bench.

Schreiner put up a valiant effort, with Cristian Rodriguez and Kamden Ross leading the scoring with 14 and 13 points, respectively. However, their efforts were not enough to overcome St. Thomas' relentless offensive attack.
