Brush, a 2022 Division III All-American in the 200 butterfly, won the 100 butterfly race on Friday with a time of 57.93 seconds. Lee, meanwhile, captured the 100 backstroke, touching the wall first in 1:01.38. Brush and Lee joined freshman
Malia Hewitt and
Megan Simonson to finish second in the meet-opening 200 medley relay race with a time of 1:50.12.

In diving, sophomore
Emma Krasemann posted an NCAA regional qualifying score of 437.05 on the 1-meter board, good for fourth place. She also finished third in the 3-meter with a score of 243.50.

"This was a meet full of very good and close races. We were in them all against a very good team," head coach
Anne Goodman James said. "It was thrilling to see our 200 medley relay team as fast as we were at SCACs last year. We raced well, and now need to get ready to step it up a notch against Southwestern tomorrow."
