The Centenary baseball team lost 11-1 in seven innings to division 1 Northwestern State University on Tuesday evening in a non-conference contest at Brown-Stroud Field.

Natchitoches – The Centenary baseball team lost 11-1 in seven innings to division 1 Northwestern State University on Tuesday evening in a non-conference contest at Brown-Stroud Field.
The Diamond Gents (9-15) and Demons (15-9) were meeting for the first time since 2010 back when both programs were division 1. The Demons now lead the all-time series 37-11.
Centenary is at home this weekend for a conference series versus the University of the Ozarks Eagles (7-13, 3-12 SCAC). The series starts on Friday with a single game at 6 p.m. followed by a DH on Saturday (1 and 4 p.m.).
