Several members of the Colorado College men's track team ran at the KT Woodman Classic this weekend in Wichita, Kan.
During Friday's Distance Carnival, senior
Conor Terhune posted CC's best individual result with a sixth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:03.65. Freshman
Tony Calderon placed 12
th in the 5,000-meter run, while sophomore
David Eik finished 16
th in the 10K with a personal-best time of 34:24.01.
Sophomore
Quin Gattey also recorded a personal-best time in the 800 with a 2:02.45, good for 21
st on Friday, then placed 33
rd in Saturday's 400. Junior
Ethan Holland was 34
th in the 800, while fellow junior
Justin Nguyen finished 43
rd in the 400. Sophomore
Adam Holliday ran a personal-best time of 4:28.08 in the 1,500-meters.
The Tigers will head to Fort Collins, Colo., next Saturday, April 22, for the Jack Christensen Open on the campus of Colorado State.
