HOW IT HAPPENED
The Eagles and Schreiner finished their match from Friday's weather delay and the Mountaineers came out on top 3-1 Saturday. Schreiner held a 2-1 lead heading into halftime. Faith Newgent scored the Eagles' goal in the first half. The Eagles' defense had trouble slowing down Ashley Esparza as she scored all three goals for
Schreiner. The Eagles totaled nine shots, while Schreiner had 12. The final goal of the match was scored in the 53rd minute.
