Women's Soccer's non-conference match with the McMurry Warhawks ended in a 0-0 draw. Despite multiple opportunities, the Celt offense was halted by nine total saves by the McMurry Goalkeeper. 

The Celt offense was firing in the first half, logging eight shots in their attempts to score. However, the Warhawk defense tightened in the second half to allow just five. On the other side of the ball, St Thomas would limit McMurry to just six shots across the match. They showed consistency allowing three shots in each half to prevent any Warhawk scoring opportunities

Carmen Lozada would record her first shutout of the season in goal for the Celts. Playing all 90 minutes and recording a save, Lozada would impress against a tough McMurry team.
