SEGUIN, Texas  – Southwestern led the shot count but were unable to get one past Texas Lutheran as the Pirates ended 0-0 in their first SCAC conference match. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Neither team was able to score the game-winner in regulation as the Pirates took 2 more shots than the Bulldogs in the first 90 minutes.
  • The Pirates held TLU to without a shot in the first overtime.
  • Southwestern had three great looks at goal in the second overtime that were saved by Rose in goal while SU continued to be solid defensively.
