Seven Colorado College distance runners competed at the Alex Francis Classic Friday in Hays, Kan. The meet was moved from Saturday to Friday due to incoming weather.

Conor Terhune and freshman
Tony Calderon each posted a fifth-place finish for the Tigers. Terhune, who set a school record in the 2,000-meter steeplechase last weekend at the CC Invitational, ran the 3K steeplechase on Friday and finished with a time of 10 minutes, 11.77 seconds. Calderon, meanwhile, placed fifth in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 15:34.56.

th in the 5K, while freshman
Adam Mahler and sophomore
Adam Holliday placed 20
th and 21
st, respectively.

Ethan Brand-LaBarge and
Max Blackburn each ran the 800-meter race on Friday, with Brand-LaBarge finishing 11
th and Blackburn 16
th.

CC sprinters and field participants will compete at the CSU-Pueblo Open on Sunday, April 2 in Pueblo, Colo. That meet was also moved from Saturday due to impending weather.
