Colorado College freshman
Kate Brush won her second SCAC title by capturing the 200-yard butterfly Saturday at the SCAC Swimming and Diving Championships at the Josh Davis Natatorium in San Antonio.

Brush, from Greenwich, Ct., finished the race in 2:07.79, just .32 of a second ahead of second-place Caroline Westholder of Trinity University. Brush, who won the 100-butterfly race on Friday, became the second CC female swimmer to win both butterfly races at the SCAC Championships, joining Ellen Silk, who did it in 2017.

The Tigers ended the meet with 775 team points, finishing third to Trinity (1050 points) and Southwestern University (789).

Other swimmers that earned all-SCAC honors on Saturday were
Selma Jukic (second in the 200 backstroke),
Kerren Matthews (third in the 1,650 freestyle) and
Millie Benkert (third in the 200 butterfly). Brush, Jukic,
Jio Chang and
Peyton Wright combined to finish third in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

In Saturday's 1-meter diving competition, the Tigers finished 4
th through 8
th, and
Riley Wadehra,
Peyton Classon,
Jennifer Middleton and
Zivia Berkowitz each posted an NCAA "A" qualifying mark.

The men's team totaled 631.5 points, good for third place for the fourth consecutive season. Trinity University won the meet with 945 points, followed by Southwestern University with 859.5.

Eric Dallesasse wrapped up his stellar career with a second-place finish in the 200 butterfly and joined
Walker Martin,
Topher Shepherd and
Baker Casagrande on the third-place 400 freestyle relay. Shepherd placed second in the 1,650 freestyle race.

Mac O'Brien backed up his second-place finish in the 1-meter diving competition on Friday with a second-place result in the 3-meter event on Saturday.
