With a first-inning single against Sewanee, Rhodes College senior
shortstop Allison Conn collected her 200th career hit, making her
just the second player in SCAC history to reach the 200-hit
milestone. After hitting .307 during her freshman campaign and
collecting 31 hits, Conn put together 3-concecutive seasons with a
batting average above .400, hitting .427 as a sophomore, .400 as a
junior, and finishing her senior campaign at .457. Conn graduated
with a .403 career batting average, the highest in Rhodes history,
and averaged 1.48 hits per game during her career, second all-time
in the SCAC and first among players with at least 100 games
played.

Sewanee-University of the South wins four consecutive games to
claim its first-ever conference softball title with a 2-1 victory
over Millsaps College at the 2004 SCAC Softball Championships held
in Panthersville, Georgia. Senior pitcher Amy Owensby records all
four wins on the circle, becoming the first and only pitcher in
conference history to win four games at the conference
tournament.

After winning its second straight SCAC title, Trinity University
was eliminated after two games at the 2000 NCAA Division III
Softball Tournament West Regional. The Tigers lost 1-0 to La Verne
to open the tournament and 2-1 to UC-San Diego in an elimination
game later that day. The NCAA Tournament appearance by Trinity is
the first-ever for an SCAC softball team.

DePauw University head coach Bonnie Skrenta becomes just the second
head coach in SCAC history to win 200 career games, with a 4-1
victory over visiting Birmingham-Southern. Skrenta joins Millsaps
head coach Roland Rodriguez as the only two coaches in league
history with 200 career wins.

The senior class at Trinity University completes its perfect run
through SCAC softball tournament play posting a 12-0 record
outscoring opponents during their career 68-12 and four-peat as
SCAC Champions. The streak of four straight SCAC Titles remains the
longest streak in conference history to date. The 12 straight SCAC
touranment wins still stands as the record for most consecutive
victories for any team in SCAC softball tournament play. Trinity
defeated Millsaps College, 3-2, in the 2002 SCAC Softball
Tournament for its fourth consecutive league title.

Led by all-America pitcher Megan Soultz, top-ranked DePauw
University earned the SCAC softball automatic bid into the 2008
NCAA Championship after defeating Millsaps College, 1-0 in the
conference title game - the first SCAC softball title for the
program. Soultz went 3-0 during the tournament surrendering just
two earned runs in 18.1 innings of work for an ERA of 0.76. She
struck out 17 and walked two allowing just eight hits. Just a
sophomore, Soultz imporved to 32-1 for the year and her 51st career
win to tie the DePauw record held by Darcy Vannatta (1999-02).

Led by two-time SCAC Pitcher-of-the-Year Erin Mulvey, Trinity
University won its third consecutive softball title and seventh
overall at the 2007 Spring Sports Festival. The Texas Tigers ran
the table winning three straight games, concluding with a 2-0
victory over Centre College in the championship contest. The
tournament was played at Trinity's home field for the first time
since 1999 - the first year of the SCAC Softball Championships.
Mulvey pitched 21.0 shutout innings over the course of the
tournament - striking out 31, including 13 in the title game. She
finished her illustrious career with an 8-0 record, 77 strikeouts
and a 0.69 ERA in 61.0 innings of SCAC tournament action.

Millsaps College head coach Roland Rodriguez becomes the first
coach in SCAC softball history to accumulate 200 career wins with a
12-4 victory over host Rhodes College.

Millsaps College, who receieved the automatic qualifying bid to the
2003 NCAA Tournament as the league champion, fell in its first game
of the No. 2 Seed Regionals 7-5 to Emory and Henry but bounced back
to win the league's first ever NCAA Tournament game 7-2 over
College of Mt. St. Joseph. The Majors would avenge the loss to
Emory and Henry defeating the Wasps 4-0 before being elimintaed by
Methodist (N.C.) 10-5. Shortstop Robin Rockco and pitcher Tammy
Ladner are named to the all-Region team. The wins are the
first-ever for any SCAC team at a NCAA Softball Regional.

DePauw University sophomore pitcher Megan Soultz and junior catcher
Rachel Gill were named to the 2008 Louisville Slugger/National
Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III all-American Team.
Soultz was named to the team after earning third team honors as a
freshman. She led Division III with 36 wins against just four
losses and finised the season with 0.98 earned run average. In 265
1/3 innings she struck out 260 and walked just 44 hold opposing
hitters to just a .180 batting average. Gill earned second team
all-American honors and led the Tigers with a .408 batting average
with a team-best 51 hits. She also led the Tigers with 36 runs
scored and 11 doubles and was second on the squad with 41 runs
batted in. She finished with a .997 fielding percentage with just
one error in 334 chances and had just four passed balls.

Top-ranked DePauw University picks up a 4-1 victory over
16th-ranked Washington (Mo.) University behind a complete game from
sophomore Megan Soultz. Soultz pitched eight innings allowing just
one run while striking out three and giving up nine hits. With the
game tied 1-1 going into the eighth innings, freshman Ashlee Anton
hit a three RBI double to break the contest open. The win was the
33rd in a row for the DU Tigers - an SCAC record. The Tigers would
finish the year 40-4 on the season setting a record for the most
wins in a single season by an SCAC softball team.

DePauw University scored two in the first and five in the second
and pitcher Emily Bichler tossed her third shutout of the 2011 NCAA
Division III Softball Regional as the Tigers advanced to the NCAA
Finals for the second straight year and third time in the last five
seasons with a 7-0 win over Hiram. At the NCAA Finals, DePauw
junior Haley Buchanan's solo homer in the top of the 10th was the
difference as the 16th-ranked Tigers advanced in the NCAA Division
III Softball Finals winner's bracket with a 2-1 win over
11th-ranked Messiah in the opener, but the Tigers dropped their
next two games to finish the season 32-11-1.

DePauw University freshman Megan Soultz was named to the National
Fastpitch Coaches Association all-America Third Team in a
presentation made at the national championship banquet. Soultz tied
the school record with 18 wins against just three losses while
posting a 0.77 earned run average. She recorded school records of
149 strikeouts and nine shutouts and walked just 18 in 137 innings.
Soultz was the first-ever SCAC student athlete to be named to an
all-American team in the sport of softball.

In the sixth inning, Austin College senior Stefanie Faith blasted a
two-run homer over the left field fence to become the SCAC
all-time home run leader. It was the 29th long ball of her career
in just 109 career games. Faith closed out her career with 38 home
runs, 10 more than the previous record holders of Rebekah Moore
(Rhodes College) and Jennifer McKinley (Millsaps College).

DePauw University senior Rachel Gill becomes the SCAC's all-time
hits leader in the Tigers' 5-2 loss against Mississippi College. In
the top half of the second inning, Gill singled off MC pitcher
Whitney Warner to notch the 183rd hit of her career - surpassing
the career total of Katherine Womack (2004-2007). Womack amassed a
total of 182 hits during her four-year career at Hendrix College.
Gill closed out her four-year career with a total of 211 hits,
which remains the SCAC career mark as is her career RBI total of
158.

DePauw University junior Megan Soultz becomes the SCAC's all-time
strikeout leader in a 5-0 victory over Millsaps. In the bottom half
of the fourth inning Soultz struck out Karoline Kremers swinging to
notch her fourth strikeout of the game and 464th of her career -
surpassing the career total of Erin Mulvey (2005-2007). Mulvey
struck out 463 batters during her three-year career at Trinity
University. Soultz would finish her career with an incredible 779
strikeouts. She also holds the SCAC career mark for wins with 112
(second place is 52), winning percentage (112-25 - .818) and is
third all-time in career ERA (1.2238).

In just its second season of competition, the Southwestern
University women's softball team earns the programs' first-ever
SCAC title with a pair of wins (3-2 and 8-5) over Millsaps College
on championship Sunday at the 2010 SCAC Softball Tournament at
Hendrix College. The Majors had made it through the winners bracket
undefeated, forcing the Pirates to win two games on the
tournament's final day. The championship earned the Pirates the
league's automatic bid to the 2010 NCAA Division III Softball
Championship. Southwestern set a number of records along the way to
its SCAC title, including a win in the longest contest in
conference softball tournament history - a 5-4 11-inning victory
over Rhodes College.

Brianne Weeks' double in the bottom of the sixth scored Cymone
Allen with the go-ahead run and Megan Soultz struck out the final
two batters in the seventh as 10th-ranked DePauw
University took a 5-4 win over Ohio Northern in the
Greencastle, Indiana Regional championship game in the
2010 NCAA Division III Softball Championship. DePauw improved
to 39-7 and advanced to the NCAA finals for the second time in four
years. The Tigers would finish the season at 40-9, tying their 2007
school record of 40 wins in a season.

On the eve of her second NCAA Division III Finals appearance in
four years, senior pitcher Megan Soultz was selected as an
all-American for the third time in her career - the only player in
league history to receive the honor more than once. Soultz was an
at-large choice to the third team as selected by the National
Fastpitch Coaches Association. She also earned third team honors in
2007 and was a first team choice in 2008.

DePauw University jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the third
inning of its 2007 NCAA Division III Softball Regional
Championship game against Bridgewater (Va.) College and held
on for a 6-1 win to advance to the Division III finals in Salem,
Va. - the first SCAC softball team to ever reach the finals. The
Tigers finished 4-0 at the regional and improved to 36-5 overall.
Megan Soultz posted her 18th win of the season as the freshman
allowed just four hits and one unearned run in seven innings while
striking out five and walking just one. She posted a 4-0 record in
the regional with a 0.97 ERA.
