Texas Lutheran, Trinity Advance on Day One of SCAC Softball Championship

SEGUIN, Texas - The top two seeds have advanced to the Winner's Bracket Game tomorrow at 2 p.m. where the winner will punch their ticket to the SCAC Championship Game on Sunday. Official Website | Interactive Bracket

In tomorrow's games, we will open up with two elimination games, beginning with No. 5 Austin College taking on No. 6 Dallas at 10 a.m. followed by No. 3 Southwestern taking on No. 4 Schreiner at Noon.

That will then match up No. 1 Texas Lutheran and No. 2 Trinity where the winner moves into the SCAC Championship Game and will be in the driver's seat, needing only one win for a title.

The day will conclude with the winners from the early games battling at 4 p.m. and the winner of that game taking on the loser of TLU/Trinity at 6 p.m. The last team standing will move onto Sunday's championship game, needing two wins to bring the trophy home.

GAME 2 - #3 SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY 2, #6 UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS 1
