RUTH FRITZ OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS, a junior from Boise, Idaho has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Co-Cross Country Runner-of-the-Week for meets run through Sunday, October 19th.
Fritz finished 3rd overall at the Austin College Invite this weekend with a time of 19:58 in the 5k.
Fritz's run constitutes a return to form for the junior who had not run a sub-20 5k since severe knee surgery at the end of her senior year of High School.
