DELIA MERCER
OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a junior middle hitter from
Whitesboro, Texas, has been named SCAC Volleyball
Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Friday, August 29
through Sunday, August 31.
Mercer led the Kangaroos to a 2-2 record at the
Rhodes Invitational
Mercer hit .455 to go along with averaging 3.13
kills per game and 1.07 blocks per game.
She had had 47 kills while committing only seven hitting errors in
88 attempts for the ‘Roos.
