SCAC Volleyball Recap - Week Four

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - All eight teams began SCAC conference play this weekend, including a few AVCA coaches poll top-5 ranked match-ups.

To start the weekend off, No. 5 Trinity University faced No. 2 Southwestern University in Georgetown. The Tigers took the game 3-1. Trinity then played Texas Lutheran University and Schreiner University, winning both, 3-1 and 3-0 respectively.  The Pirates also added two more wins against Schreiner and Texas Lutheran on Saturday.

No. 3 Colorado College stays perfect, taking three three-set sweeps over SCAC teams this weekend. The Tigers are currently 14-0.

Texas Lutheran University fought hard in matches against ranked opponents and ended the weekend 1-2. 

Austin College ended the weekend 2-1. Centenary College ended 1-2. The University of Dallas ended 0-3. Schreiner University ended the weekend 0-3.
