LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – SCAC volleyball programs finished out regular season conference play last weekend.
8th-ranked Colorado College (29-2, 14-0) clinched the regular season title after a weekend sweep over Southwestern, Schreiner, Trinity and TLU. The Tigers will also hold the #1 seed going into the conference tournament.
11th-ranked Southwestern University improved to 26-3, 12-2 only dropping the one match to Colorado College to clinch the #2 seed in the tournament. The Pirates will be in action at the Trinity University Tournament next weekend.
Texas Lutheran University (16-7, 8-6) went 2-2 on the weekend and holds the #3 seed. Trinity University (19-11, 7-7) went 3-1 on the weekend to lock up the #4 seed. Austin College (20-14, 7-7) was 1-3 and sits as the #5 seed. The University of Dallas (10-18, 4-10) went winless last weekend, but secured the final spot in the tournament.
Schreiner University (7-22, 4-10) was 3-1 on the weekend and Centenary (5-24, 0-14) went winless.
