NEW ORLEANS, La. - Six Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference teams earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches (USTFCCCA) Association All-Academic honors for their performance in the classroom during the 2009-10 academic year.
Colorado College, DePauw University, Hendrix College, Rhodes College, Sewanee: University of the South and Trinity University represented the SCAC on USTFCCCA list.
Colorado College paced the team selections with a cumulative 3.57 GPA followed by Hendrix (3.42 GPA), Trinity (3.40 GPA), Rhodes (3.36 GPA), Sewanee (3.36) and DePauw (3.26 GPA).
In order to earn All-Academic team status, a team must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.10 or better.
