Levy, a first-year from Camarillo, Calif., and Cushing, a junior from Colleyville, Texas, led No. 16 Trinity to a 2-0 week against SCAC opponents this weekend, including a 7-2 win over 20th-ranked Southwestern on Friday. Levy and Cushing scored an 8-7 win at line two doubles against the Pirates, giving Trinity the 2-1 edge going into singles. The duo is now 12-4 in dual matches this season, having won four consecutive matches.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore Maddy Meister and junior Gigi Jensen of Colorado College paired to win the No. 1 doubles match, 8-1, over Lucy Erickson and Racquel Fhima of Chapman University on Sunday. It was the duo's second match together this season.
