Trinity holds a 5-1 edge in those previous six title encounters, however, Southwestern owns the most recent bragging rights having broken through for the program's first-ever conference title at last year's championship.
Sunday's championship match is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the Cree Family Tennis Center on the campus of Schreiner. Colorado College and St. Thomas will play in the third place match which is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the H-E-B Municipal Tennis Center in Kerrville.
