TEMPE, Ariz. - In the first spring Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings, the Trinity University women moved up three spots to No. 20.
Trinity is 4-5 this season, though only two losses have come against NCAA Division III competition. Both of those matches were against teams ranked in the nation's top 15, #11 Washington University - St. Louis and #5 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
The Tigers will face Swarthmore College next Wednesday before heading to Florida for three matches that include a pair of nationally ranked teams.
