Women's Tennis Recap - Week Nine - SCAC

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Six of the seven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's tennis teams competed this week.

Schreiner University faced off against Southwestern University on Saturday, and the Pirates took the victory, winning the match 8-1. The Mountaineers faced off against another SCAC opponent Sunday, this time earning the win over Austin College in a tightly contested 5-4 match.

Southwestern also earned a non-conference win this week, defeating Howard Payne 9-0. The Pirates are now on a seven-match winning streak.

Austin College and Centenary College faced off, with the 'Roos earninng a 9-0 win at home.
