Women's Tennis Recap - Week Seven

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's tennis season continued as many teams hit the road for spring break trips.

Austin College earned a 6-3 win over the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor to extend their winning streak to four matches.

Colorado College went 2-1 in Orlando, defeating Macalester College and Frankling & Marshall, but falling to UW-La Crosse.

Schreiner University also went 2-1 on their spring break trip, shutting out Louisiana College and Loyola, but coming up short against Xavier.

Southwestern University went 3-0 on their west coast trip, taking down George Fox University, Willamette University and Pacific (Ore.).

Texas Lutheran earned a dominant win in their only match last week, taking down Howard Payne University 8-1. Trinity University also played just one match, defeating Gustavus Adolphus 8-1 at home.
