CAROLINE WESTHOLDER OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a freshman from Minneapolis, Minn., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week for performances during the meets swam Monday, October 14 to Sunday, October 20.

Westholder had a stellar first showing for the Tigers, winning two events in a dual meet against UT-Permian Basin. The freshman won the 200 fly with a time of 2:10.07 - a time that would have placed second at last year's SCAC Championships - and later took second in the 100 free with a 54.85. Further in the schedule, she won the 400 IM in a time of 4:43.77 and a few minutes later led off the 400 free relay in a time of 0:55.1.
