LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's swimming and diving regular season schedule drew to a close over the weekend when The University of the Ozarks hosted a pair of dual meets. The first of which was held on Friday with Williams Baptist and the second on the following day versus Henderson State for the Eagles' senior day meet.

The Eagles boasted its second dual meet victory of the season on Friday, defeating Williams Baptist, 114-38. Three U of O swimmers -- senior Kaitlyn Henrietta along with freshmen Paige Vire and Shalley Coffin -- set program records in the dual. Henrietta's mark came in the 200 back where she touched first with a time of 2:36.86 and Vire's in the 400 IM out-swimming opponents in 5:34.41. Coffin went the distance, breaking the 1650 free record with the top-time of 21:40.10. Vire went on to win the 500 free in 6:20.76 and Henrietta finished the meet a triple-winner taking the 200 free and 100 fly in 2:51.32 and 1:13.53, respectively. Jessie Cave also chipped in with a victory in the 200 free completing the race in 2:51.32.

On Saturday, a pair of seniors were honored by the Eagles, Henrietta and Brenda Sandoval. Henrietta went on to claim two program records in the 200 (2:14.49) and 100 (59.98) free, both times good enough for second place. The Eagles effort was spearheaded by Vire who topped opponents in the 100 breast, finishing in 1:14.51. Coffin posted second-place finishes in the 100 back and 500 free, touching the wall in 1:15.34 and 6:08.96, respectively.
