SAN ANTONIO, Texas - In a announcement made at Saturday's conference championship, Colorado College's Chaney Skilling was named the 2019 SCAC Women's Swimming & Diving Elite 19 award winner.
Skilling, a senior from Ballwin, Mo., currently holds a 3.96 GPA and earned Third Team All-SCAC honors as a member of the CC 200 free relay team earlier in this week's conference championship meet.
The SCAC Elite 19 is awarded to the student-athlete who has at least a cumulative 3.25 GPA, at least 60 credit hours and earns All-SCAC honors for that particular season. A student-athlete will be honored annually from each of the league's 19 conference-sponsored sports and will be recognized at the site at that year's conference championship event.
This is the inaugural year of the SCAC Elite 19 award.
