Trinity Women's Soccer Remains No. 3 in NSCAA Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- After a 1-0 week, Trinity University women's soccer remains at No. 3 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) poll.

Trinity is also ranked No. 1 in the West Region poll from the NSCAA, and No. 3 nationally in the D3soccer.com ranking.

The Tigers moved to 11-0-0 on the season after defeating the University of Texas-Dallas in a road match over the weekend.

With the team's eighth shutout of the season, they lowered their goals against average to 0.27, but raised the scoring average to 4.27.

Trinity will close out the front half of the conference schedule Tuesday night, facing Schreiner University for the first time this season.

Last season, Schreiner took Trinity to double overtime in each match up, but the Tigers were able to record the golden goal in both games.
