IRVING, Texas - The fourth-seeded Southwestern University Pirates advanced past the fifth-seeded University of Dallas Crusaders on penalty kicks in Friday's first quarterfinal at the 2015 SCAC Women's Soccer Championship. Official Website | Photo Gallery | Postgame Interview
After 110 minutes of scoreless play, Southwestern came through with five successful PKs to advance to Saturday's semifinal round.

- This was the third time in SCAC Women's Soccer Tournament history that a match has been decided on penalty kicks.
- Southwestern has played in two of those three games and has advanced on both occasions. Additionally, both of those matchces were played on the campus of the team Southwestern defeated. The Pirates defeated Texas Lutheran in 2013 on PKs when the Bulldogs were the tournament host.
